Traditional Main Water Line Repair & Replacement.

Using this method of line access, we are able to pinpoint and isolate the section of your Main water line that has damage, and easily repair. We do this by first locating the damage using a camera detection device, then discreetly as possible, dig a trench above the damaged area to open up access, fix the pipe, then cover back up.

Trench-less Main Water Line Replacement.

Much less intrusive than Traditional re-piping methods, trenchless line replacement allows for preservation to lawns, gardens, landscaping, patios, driveways, and any black top or parking lots that may be in the way of the accessible area.

  • Line Boring
A trench-less line replacement method where a hole is bored at the starting point of the line access, and a second at the location that requires replacement. Once there is a clear underground tunnel established connecting the two points, the old line can be disconnected and the new line installed. In the event that an entire main line requires replacement, a similar procedure is followed, however the tunnel below ground is made to extend a longer distances to fully replace the outside line, and the portion that leads into the inside of the building.

  • Pipe Bursting
A trench-less line replacement method where a large cone shape head is hydraulically pulled by steel cable through the old sewer line, breaking apart the old pipe underground while at the same time pulling into place a seamless HDPE pipe that is the same size or larger than the old pipe.

Between the Traditional and Trench-less line replacement methods, the Trench-less method is often favored method of those offered. Trench-less incurs minimal damage to your yard, is fast, clean, efficient, and typically the more favorable option for home and business owners.

Con of trench-less = if there are utilities in the line (gas, electrical, sewer) that you risk running into. ALSO – the type of pipe used is flexible and apt to future disruption.
