The Proline workers that came out to see what I needed to fix my water problem were very up front with me that it would take more than a band aid and that they would bring the system up to code. They were proactive and considerate. They cleaned up and did everything exactly as they said it needed and stayed within the quoted price. We are very happy and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for a job well done when other company's said it was too much work.

Good after hours service. However, we had several tub and shower valve bodies replaced previously. That being said, when I pay for after hours service and request to have another valve body replaced for a tub that will not shut off, I expect not to be charged a "diagnostic fee". The job was to replace the valve body. We already knew the valve bodies were severely worn. It felt a little like a money grab.

This is the 3rd time we've used Proline and they are amazing. Darren was very professional, responsive and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend Proline because they give excellent service.

Chris resolved a sewer issue at my property in Longview. He was extremely professional and communicated with me every step of the way. He told me exactly what needed to be done, quoted prices for the work he was going to do, and allowed me to decide to go forward with the job or not. We were packing up our RV for our next adventure when I heard something strange near our home’s hot water tank. Upon inspection I couldn’t really tell where but I could tell a water line and sprung a leak. I have a home warranty through AHS so I didn’t select this outfit to do my repair. AHS made my trouble ticket with their office and I was given a local contact number. I phoned their office to update them on my situation. Awesome customer service! They had a same day appointment available and gave me a window. D and T showed up well within the window provided and got straight to work diagnosing my issue. My repair needed several approvals from the home warranty company and the pair wasted no time. They turned a really bad day into something bearable. Very friendly, knowledgeable, direct! Really all I could ask for. My repair was made and I began the process of drying everything out. I really appreciate the level of service I received from start to finish.

Called on a Friday closing and was booked for a appointment on Monday even when the planes got changed for more work. They plumbers were professional but very pleasant. I received a quote and then the work began. They did an excellent job! Our new kitchen sink & faucet looks and runs great. This company is top notch and we would call them again. I had a water heater installation window from 8-12 today. Darren came around 8:10 and went straight to work. He was able to finish the installation in the time frame and gave me some advice on how to use the new water heater. Adam from Proline was amazing. On his first visit he spent 2 hours trying to snake the clog out, but was unsuccessful (no fault of his... My pipe was super blocked).On his second visit he had the line cleared (via hydro-jetting) in 20 minutes. 100% satisfied with the work Adam did fixing our hot water pipe failure. Great service and came with a fully stocked truck, so repairs were done with no running after needed parts. High quality and a neat, professional appearance. Adam competed the repair in less than an hour.

He and the other technicians are professional, knowledgeable and timely. On each occasion I was updated on the arrival of the technician, informed of the scope of the job, given an estimate of cost and time to complete that was accurate and reasonable. My last experience was an emergency situation and the response was quick and the issue was resolved quickly.

This review is long overdue. I first called Proline before our extreme heat wave this summer to repair/replace my backyard spigot that wouldn't turn off (older house). They came out right away and quickly replaced it. Very professional and nice. I remembered that great experience and called again last month when my air gap for my dishwasher was overflowing. Turns out the drain was clogged and they were able to fix it quickly. Again, really nice, professional, and they stand behind their work. I had a water line run for a new fridge! Chris and Eddie did a great job running the line on Thursday and were very nice and professional!! Today when the fridge was installed the fitting was the wrong size. The company jumped into action and had someone lined up to fix it within a few hours. Tyrone and his partner showed up ready to go and knew exactly what to do!! He and his partner were very friendly and professional!! I'm sure this was an "extra" to their day but they were just wonderful and hooked up the line to the fridge for me so the other company didn't have to come back out!! I will use and recommend Proline!!

Robert showed up when expected, was very competent, professional and pleasant to work with. He completed the job faster than I expected and left me finally feeling good about the state of our sewage ejector system. There was some sticker shock with the price but if I could go back a year and just have him fix my system in the first place instead of messing with other plumbers, I would. It would have saved me money and so much headache in the end.

I liked these guys. Had a blown water service. They were out in under a week and handled it. Not an easy one, had to drill under asphalt & through tree roots.Price was reasonable & totally worth it.

I had a great experience with Proline Plumbing! They were able to get me an appointment very quickly and my plumber, Tyrone, was awesome! He did a great job and was very professional. He accidentally knocked something down that I had precariously placed on the staircase railing, and even though it was mostly my fault for putting it there, the company immediately refunded me the cost of the item so I could purchase a new one, and even helped me find the replacement item online (baby video monitor). I will definitely be using them again.

We had an outdoor hose-bib suddenly fail, leaking everywhere. The technician, Chris, showed up quickly, removed the ancient, broken hose-bib without damaging the old pipes and replaced it with a new, brass, hose-bib. Overall took about an hour. Great work.

Joe out of Salem did multiple tasks in the house we recently bought. He effectively represented our needs to the home warranty firm, then he returned after approval and did the needed work on time. He did the work well, was personable, and cleaned up afterward.

We called Proline to replace the house to main sewer pipe. There was root growth into the pipe which cause sewage to backup in our basement. Enter Proline. Gage and Alex did a fantastic and superspeedy job. They were scheduled for 8am and i saw the truck pull up a little early and then they rang the door at 8 right on the dot. These guys were done in under a day (with a couple hours to spare), on a job that can often take multiple days. I got them snacks and Gatorade (always give your contractors snacks and refresments, people!) and they said "don't worry about us" but I used to install security systems so i know how much snacks mean in a long day of hard, dirty work! The guys were grateful and very personable. When you call Proline, I hope you get Gage and Alex too! You'll be happy you did!

We had a main sewage line clog in our residential home. Pesky roots got into the pipe and clogged it good. Chris and Alex came out to help and did a terrific job getting everything flowing again. They had to dig 12 feet down while avoiding power lines and cable lines right above where they had to dig down too. They put in overtime and worked late to get us working again the same day. Great experience, would call Proline again in the future.
